  • HOLD = Hold for repairs and/or other hold point

  • REPAIR = Specific repair is required or recommended

  • SCRAP = Bundle is being scrapped

  • RECLEAN = Bundle needs to be recleaned

MII is generally open year round. Pre-request by Email to EW with permission response, for the following:

  • Schedule Change

  • Tubing temperature caution

  • Blow down tubes prior to video

  • Go slow as you video probe

  • Clean hands prior to use

  • Carry equip. in protected case

  • Slowly attach recording device

  • Always check stills or videos on a separate device

tions are a visual 60/40 ratio. [60% on ground, knees, on back or laying down. 40% from a standing position]

  • Knee pads: Crawl around, under & over bundle

  • Perform measurements i.e. calipers, feeler gauge, picks

  • If you haven't looked, you can't be assured you did not miss it

  • All tube ends on Fin Fans need to be viewed
