Inspection company looking for someone to assist in daily office duties, compiling and typing reports, answering phones, maintaining documents and databases. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Office work & computer input, Word, Excel / Equipment provided. Knowledge of this industry not needed.
Traveling Data Entry Clerk
Duties include, report typing i.e. computer data entry from field notes (provided by inspectors out in the field, of tubular process equipment regarding NDT corrosion inspection) into summaries and report form. Typing reports for plant inspection jobs. (Templates provided). Travel a few times a year, for 7-18 days at a time on average, in/out of state.
